Let me share a story with you Reader,

It was about a decade ago when I was so stuck, I didn’t trust myself or anyone else. I couldn’t figure out how to open to love after a traumatic experience. Thankfully a friend invited me to a workshop that started me on a healing journey. I got to work with amazing teachers and made progress in feeling more, trusting more and allowing play back into my life. These are tools that I wish I could have found earlier in life, that I could have gotten a hand up from a sad place of feeling shame for who I was, what I loved, and the desires I had. I don’t want people to suffer like I was suffering and so I’ve made it my work to be that bridge for people to find connection, playfulness and the tools that make an impact!
